Filters & Categories

Here you create your blacklist of prohibited terms.

  • How to add: Type the word or phrase in the text field and press Enter.
  • How it works: The bot checks if the message contains the word.
    • Ex: If you ban “boring”, the phrase “you are too boring” will be punished.
  • Recommended Action: Delete Message (for mild warnings) or Timeout (for offenses).

Blocks URLs and website addresses.

  • Allow List: Here you put the sites that can be posted.
    • Ex: Add youtube.com and twitch.tv to allow clips and videos, but block everything else.
  • Exemptions (Who can post):
    • You can check boxes to allow Subscribers, VIPs, or Moderators to post links freely, even with the filter on.
    • Note: The Streamer and Moderators usually already have full permission by default.

Avoids entire messages in uppercase.

  • Maximum Percentage (%): How much of the message can be uppercase.
    • Default: 70%. (If more than 70% of the letters are uppercase, it punishes).
  • Minimum Length: Ignores short messages.
    • Ex: If set to 10 characters, someone laughing “LOLOL” (5 letters) won’t be punished, but “SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE” will be.

Avoids “broken” messages or punctuation spam (e.g., “Hiiii!!!!!!!!??????”).

  • Works just like Caps Lock: defines a maximum % of allowed symbols and a minimum length of message to start checking.

Avoids “walls” of emotes that pollute the chat visual.

  • Maximum Amount: The limit number of emotes per message.
    • Recommendation: Between 10 and 20 for normal chats.
