The message doesn’t arrive on Discord

  1. Incorrect URL: Check if you copied the entire URL. It is quite long.
  2. Deleted Webhook: If someone deleted the webhook in Discord settings, the old URL stops working. Create a new one.
  3. Permissions: The Webhook doesn’t need bot permissions, but the channel cannot be blocked for “Webhooks” in server settings (rare, but it happens).
Section titled “The variables (e.g., {clip_url}) appear written instead of the link”
  • Check if you typed exactly as shown: {clip_url} (all lowercase, inside braces). {Clip_Url} or (clip_url) do not work.

Error saving in Bearry

  • Bearry validates if the URL starts with https://discord. Make sure you haven’t pasted spaces before or after the link.
