CLAUSE 1 - OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

Section titled “APPLICATION DESCRIPTION”The object of this agreement is the licensing of the Bearry application for automation and interaction in Twitch streaming, including:
- Chat Bot: Automation, moderation, and custom commands
- Automatic Timers: Scheduled and recurring messages
- OBS Integration: Complete control of scenes, sources, and streaming
- Subathon System: Complete marathon control with automatic events
- Visual Resources: Visual editor, dynamic counters, interactive roulette
- Advanced Features: TTS, automatic game detection, clips
- Global Shortcuts: Quick controls and task automation
1.2 LICENSE MODALITIES
Section titled “1.2 LICENSE MODALITIES”The application is offered in the following modalities:
- Free: Basic features with limitations
- Premium: Full access to all features
- Lifetime: Permanent license with all features
CLAUSE 2 - TERM AND LICENSING

Section titled “2.1 Term”- Free License: Indefinite term
- Premium License: As per the contracted period (monthly/annual)
- Lifetime License: Indefinite term
2.2 Trial Period and Right of Withdrawal
Section titled “2.2 Trial Period and Right of Withdrawal”- Trial period: 7 days for paid licenses
- Right of withdrawal: 7 days as per CDC (Art. 49)
- Full refund: Within the withdrawal period
- Cancellation: At any time for recurring licenses
2.3 Deactivation
Section titled “2.3 Deactivation”- Non-payment: Automatic deactivation after expiration
- Violation of terms: Immediate license suspension
- User request: Cancellation upon request
CLAUSE 3 - VALUES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Section titled “3.1 License Values”License values are defined in the application and may vary according to:
- Chosen modality (monthly, annual, lifetime)
- Promotions and applicable discounts
- User’s geographical region
3.2 Payment Method
Section titled “3.2 Payment Method”- Accepted methods: Credit card, PIX, bank slip
- Processing: Through secure payment gateways
- Recurring billing: For monthly and annual licenses
- Currency: Brazilian Real (BRL) or local currency equivalents
3.3 Refund Policy (CDC)
Section titled “3.3 Refund Policy (CDC)”- Term: Up to 7 days after purchase (Art. 49 of CDC)
- Conditions: Full refund without questions
- Processing: Up to 10 business days after request
- Method: Same payment method used in the purchase
3.4 Price Updates
Section titled “3.4 Price Updates”- Prior notification: 30 days before changes
