1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Service” or “Application”: The Bearry software, its associated websites, and features.
“User”, “You”: The individual using the Service.
“Channel”, “Twitch Account”: The Twitch.tv platform user account linked to the Service.
“User Content”: Any text, command, configuration, image, or data created or provided by the User through the Service.
“Usage Data”: Information automatically collected about how the Service is accessed and used.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Bearry (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our service.

2.1 Legal Capacity

You declare to have legal capacity to contract
Minors must have authorization from legal guardians
Use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Bearry is an application for Twitch streamers offering complete features:

Chat Bot: Custom commands, automatic timers, moderation
OBS Integration: Control of scenes, sources, and streaming
Subathon System: Complete marathon control with automatic events
Visual Resources: Visual editor, dynamic counters, interactive roulette
Advanced Features: TTS, game detection, clips, global shortcuts
External Integrations: StreamerBot

Important: This is an application that connects to Twitch through official APIs.

DISCLAIMER: Bearry is an independent service. We are NOT affiliated, official partners, endorsed, or certified by Twitch Interactive, Inc., Google, OBS Project, or any other streaming platform or integrated service.

4. PLANS AND LICENSING

4.1 License Types

Free Plan: Basic application features
Premium Plans: Advanced features and additional resources
Values and details: Available in the application or upon contact

4.2 Purchase and Payment Process

Licenses can be purchased through third-party marketplaces (like Twitch Store) or directly with us.
When purchasing in a marketplace, payment processing and subscription management are governed by that marketplace’s terms and policies.
When purchasing directly with us, processing is performed via payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal, and subscription management is governed by these Terms.
Billing information will be processed by the chosen platform at the time of purchase.

4.3 Licensing and Renewal

Premium licenses are valid according to the contracted period
Renewal according to specific terms of each plan and acquisition platform
Right of withdrawal: 7 days as per CDC (Art. 49)
Refund: Proportional to unused period when applicable, subject to payment platform policies
Cancellation: Can be requested at any time, through mechanisms provided by the acquisition platform (e.g., Twitch panel) or directly with us, if purchased on our site.

5. USE OF THE APPLICATION

5.1 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for proper configuration and use of the application
Must keep your Twitch credentials secure
Are responsible for content generated through the application
Must use the application in compliance with Twitch Terms of Service and other applicable guidelines
You agree to use the Service in strict compliance with Twitch API Terms of Use and any other integrated third-party services. Any violation of these third-party API provider terms, including but not limited to rate limiting, unauthorized use, or access to restricted data, is your sole responsibility.
