ABOUT THE APPLICATION
Section titled “ABOUT THE APPLICATION”Bearry is an application developed for Twitch streamers, offering complete automation features, chat bot, OBS integration, advanced visual resources, and multiple integrations. As an application with local processing and reduced scope of personal data, the DPO’s responsibilities are adapted to the specific context.

Note: Although the Bearry application processes personal data on a small scale and locally, the DPO designation demonstrates commitment to transparency and user data protection.

3. DPO RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide clarifications and adopt measures regarding data protection issues
- Receive communications from ANPD and adopt necessary measures
- Guide employees and contractors on personal data protection practices
- Execute other duties determined by the controller or established in complementary norms
3.2 Specific Responsibilities

- Monitor LGPD compliance in application features
- Ensure secure and transparent local data processing
- Guide on minimum personal data collection
- Supervise data retention and deletion policies
- Respond to data subject requests regarding their rights (access, correction, deletion, etc.)
- Maintain record of data processing activities
- Coordinate response to security incidents involving personal data
