Troubleshooting (FAQ)

The timer is not sending messages:

Section titled “The timer is not sending messages:”
  1. Bot Connected? Check if Bearry is connected to Twitch (green light/online status).
  2. Active? Check if the timer switch is on (green).
  3. Chat Stopped? Some bot settings avoid talking if the chat is 100% dead to not look like “spam”. (Check if Bearry has this “minimum lines” setting active, if applicable).
  4. Long Interval: If you set 60 minutes, it will wait 1 hour from the moment you activated it to send the first message.

Error creating timer:

Section titled “Error creating timer:”
  • Check if the name is not too long.
  • Check if the interval is at least 1 minute.
