Troubleshooting (FAQ)

1. Livepix donation didn’t add time!

  • Check if the User Name is identical to the one in chat (case sensitivity matters in some cases, but Bearry tries to ignore it. Ensure it’s the same).
  • Check the Regex. Copy the exact message from chat and test on Regex101.
  • Check if the Enable Integration option is checked.

2. The Clock doesn’t appear on stream (OBS).

  • Make sure to add the correct browser source. The link is usually http://127.0.0.1:4001/subathon (check the correct port in Bearry settings).

3. Time is going down too fast.

  • The timer is real-time. If it seems wrong, check if there aren’t multiple events being processed as duplicates (e.g., two webhooks configured on the donation platform).

Golden Tip: Always do a practical test. Send a message in chat simulating the bot (if you have permission) or make a real low-value donation to ensure everything is calibrated before starting the official Subathon!
